What he did here is called, A process of elimination. 43 yrs being an Electrician. In my line of work, it's usually the standard problems so we pretty much know what to look for. Great layman terminology for most people to get an idea of what you are saying.

My compressor starts but does not cool ,the compressor was not getting enough voltage before ,change the motherboard but it still doesn't cool .Any ideas ? Relay and capacitor seem fine when tested.

I made one from 4 bike rims and some threaded rod I had, then got $1 worth of bolts and 50' of plastic chain for $20 I did have a welder though. But yes you're right to make a legit one would probably cost more than buying one

This was a great and helpful video but I'm having issues with the lock not coming out unless i manually use my key. When i try locking with just holding a button down like you say, you can hear it trying to lock but it won't come out. It's like it's stuck so i loosened the screws and it's still not coming out to lock. It's almost as if something inside is not catching to push it out. Any ideas what it could be? I'm just lost 😢

I have a motorhome that keeps leaking hot water from the relief valve. Water temp is in the 140 range, which is where it has always been. I have tryed with 3 new relief valves and just purchased a 4rth and the most expensive. Hope it holds the hot water without dripping. (We keep out motorhome stored in a carpeted and conditioned garage so the water can create a problem) Do you think I need to add a 2 gallon accumulator or water expasion tank since this is a closed system? Thanks!

Most of the time ants are good for the garden.....they improve the earth/garden ....when it comes to driveways then it's different.......but BOILING WATER is just a bit cruel imo.....ants are around for a reason.......soldier ants altogether a different matter.

You are just causing them to move. If you want to take out the colony, you need to use borax with a sugar solution so they take it to the queen and wipe her out.
